Cut Time: Stevenson Instrumental Music Program

Cut Time

CutTime for Guardians & Students

While you / you're student is a participant in the Stevenson Instrumental Music Program, you will receive text messages from GoCutTime.com. CutTime helps us communicate with you, assign instruments to students, track fees/costs, communicate events, and, soon, track volunteer opportunities.

Text messaging is the CutTime software's primary communication method; each message will have a unique link to your profile. No password or login name is required with this magic link. For quick access, it's suggested bookmarking the unique link sent to you with..."save to home screen," which all smartphones provide.

If you haven't saved your unique link and need another one, use one of the following web sites to have the link resent to your phone number on file:

Guardians curious about the experience of CutTime can watch feature videos by clicking here.

Note: If your phone number has changed, please get in touch with Mr. Austerman to have your information updated.

Stevenson Instrumental Music students (including Marching Band members attending UAIS, Davis, and Jeannette) will have a CutTime account created for them once they are:

  • Registered for Marching Band the first time <and/or>
  • Enrolled and attending an Instrumental Music class at Stevenson HS

Upon creation of the student's account, they will receive either a welcome text to their cell phone (preferred) or a message to thier UCS (name@stu.uticak12.org) e-mail with account access instructions.

Guardians will also receive a welcome text to their cell phone or a message to their e-mail with further account access instructions. Guardian accounts are linked to their own students and each guardian can have their own account.
