Q: Does the band benefit from my order?
A: YES! Depending on the number of items sold during the campaign, Fan Cloth Shop will send the Band Boosters an earnings check. The earnings potential: 60-150 items sold = $4 earnings back per item; 151-250 items = $6/item; 251-399 items = $8/item; 400+ items = $9/item. Earnings will be used to support the Stevenson Instrumental Music Program.
Q: How do I submit my order?
A: All individual orders are placed on the online shop (www.stevensonbands.org/apparel or fancloth.shop/WBJEJ). Once the campaign ends, Fan Cloth will submit and produce your complete order.
Q: Does the campaign accept cash or checks?
A: Unfortunately, all orders will be placed through the online shop using a credit card. There will be no cash or check orders. This also means there will be no order forms.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once your online campaign has closed, you will receive your order within 3-4 weeks plus shipping time. Orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you provide in your order.
Q: Can I view size charts and item information?
A: Yes, you can view this information in the description of each item on the microshop.
