Charms: Stevenson Instrumental Music Program

 

The Stevenson Instrumental Music Program & Band Boosters use Charms to allow parents on-demand access to their band student's financial info and more.

If you do not remember your password, or never received it, please contact Mr. Austerman.


All current Stevenson Instrumental Music students (including Marching Band) will automatically have a Charms account created for them once they:

  • Receive fundraising credits
  • Have a balance due for a trip or other activity
  • Have a form due

Authorized Charms users can:

  • View your child's financial accounts (including fundraising credits)
  • View forms due
  • Make payments for Band Camp, Jazz Weekend, and other selected items via PayPal*

* Note: Using a card (credit/debit) through PayPal adds a 3% donation to the Band Boosters to help offset the costs that PayPal charges for card usage. The amount charged to your card is payment amount plus the additional 3%.

Once a PayPal transaction is complete through Charms, you will receive an email confirmation and the payment amount (without the 3% donation) is automatically applied to the student's Charms ledger.

(The 3% fee can be avoided by paying via check or money order with payments dropped in the Blue Box)
